Shipping policy
Every order is packed and shipped by hand from our studio in Lehi, Utah.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
Shipping within the United States
- Standard — 3–4 business days
- Economy — 5–8 business days
- Free Economy shipping on all orders of $50 and over
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Delivery windows are carrier estimates and begin once your parcel is picked up, not when the order is placed.
International shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in your order total and are not refundable if a parcel is refused.
Delivery address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot replace orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at wearestardustcollective@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, for damage, a photo of the parcel and its contents. We will make it right.
