We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Because our silk pieces are worn against your hair and skin, returned items must be:
- unused and unwashed
- free of makeup, hair product, and fragrance
- in their original packaging
Tumbled crystals must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at wearestardustcollective@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases we cover it and send you a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? Start a return and place a new order, and we'll refund the original once it arrives.
